All of our employees have years of experience in the auto recycling industry. Everyone is highly trained and skilled at their jobs, and are focused on parts quality, customer service, and competitive pricing. The owners are on the management team (no outside investors) and have decades of industry experience; The Willen Brothers owned Triplett Auto Recyclers in Akron, OH, sold it to LKQ in 1998, and worked at LKQ for 20 years. After a two-year retirement, they founded Bam Bam Auto Parts in December of 2022.
